Julia offers classes, workshops, and private sessions via FaceTime and Zoom. A private session can be in a chair or on a mat, of a length of your choosing, whether 20 minutes, a half hour, or an hour. Julia meets you where you are and addresses any physical issues (such as back pain, arthritis, or balance problems) as well as emotional issues (such as stress, anxiety, or depression). Drawing from her extensive yoga therapy training and 20 years of experience, Julia provides a sense of safety and empowerment with all her clients. Email to book a session. |
