GENTLE YOGA: Mondays, 4:15-5:00 $15.00
We begin seated in chairs for a centering and warm-ups to release tension in neck and shoulders, followed by standing poses to strengthen and support alignment. Then you come onto your mat for supine poses and a guided meditation to relax your whole body.
YOGA FOR STRENGTH: Fridays, 3:00-3:45 $15.00
Strengthen muscles to support alignment without harming joints; explore poses that enhance your strength and power in a sustainable and enlivening way.

BACK TO BASICS: Techniques for Maintaining a Healthy Spine and Back
Our backs are well designed, but gravity, chairs, computers, and stress can take their toll and cause back pain. In this monthly class, Julia will lead you in stretching and breathing exercises to relieve tension commonly held in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, and she will teach you techniques for strengthening the core safely.
