Private Sessions
Julia provides private sessions in her studio in Weehawken and can travel to your home, if you live in the New York City area. She offers her own healing method, Chara, as well as restorative yoga and chair yoga. All sessions are tailored to the client.

Chair Yoga is perfect for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. Seated warm-ups lubricate joints and relax muscles, followed by standing yoga poses for strength, where you can use the chair for support. Session ends with seated cooling down postures and a relaxing guided meditation.
Restorative Yoga relieves tension and stress and provides an opportunity for deep relaxation. Julia brings you into positions where you are fully supported by props, which allows you to let go of chronically held tension and stale emotions.

Julia also offers Skype sessions. These half hour sessions can be helpful for dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and other issues. Julia leads you in a centering and body scan, gentle stretching of neck and shoulders, breathing techniques, mudras, and guided imagery suited to your own needs and temperament.
